 Diya Bath


Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups of rice soaked in water overnight
  • A cup of condensed coconut milk
  • A cup of jaggery
  • 4 ripe kolikuttu bananas
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 drops of lime juice

How to make :-

  • The day before, take the remaining 2 cups of cooked red or white raw rice, separate the rice seeds and water them to cover the rice (you can also put it in the fridge after adding water if desired). That's how we make 2 cups of rice soaked in water overnight.
  • The next morning, drain the water from the rice and put the rice in a bowl.
  • Now chop the jaggery.
  • Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin slices.
  • Now we need to add some rice, condensed coconut milk, plantain and jaggery.
  • Now add a pinch of salt and a pinch of lime juice to taste. that's all! If you can eat it when it is cold, it is very good. That's when it tastes more
