Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients :-
- Cups of cooked rice4
- 900 g of thornless chicken (cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of oil (you can use any type of oil like coconut oil)
- Carrots 2 chopped
- Chopped onion1
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice
- 150 g of finely chopped broccoli (optional)
- A little salt
- A little bit of pepper powder
- 1 cup of green peas
- Tablespoons of chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger
- Tablespoons of sesame oil3
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 6 eggs
- More soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Finally garnish the rice with some sesame seeds and chopped onion
How to make :-
- First add a cup of sugar and soy sauce and stir.
- Then add the mixture to the chicken, stir and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Do not spill all of the sauce mixture on this. Save a little. We need it later. Keep in mind that the meat mixture should be covered with a lunch sheet when it is seasoned.
- While the meat is seasoning we have some more work to do. Put a pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Then we need to add salt, carrot, tomato and bell pepper and let it cool.
- Then add some green peas and broccoli and cook for a while.
- Then remove the cooked vegetables and put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and cook for a while.
- When it cools down, add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Then add vegetables and stir.
- Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well.
The rice is right! Now let's make some chicken,
- First put a pan on the stove and heat the remaining sesame oil in 1 tbsp.
- When the oil heats up, add some meat and cook. Add the rest of the soy sauce mixture and stir.
- Finally we need to lift the sesame seeds over the meat before taking the meat out of the oven.
- That's it. Here's some meat.
Now finally,
- This is not an ordinary rice, so when the rice is served, garnish it a bit and serve. Put some meat on top of the rice. And we got some salt leaves to decorate, you remember? Top it off a bit, then the rice is even nicer!
