 Pineapple Fried Rice


Ingredients :-

  • 1 1/2 cups of rice
  • 2 cups of sliced ​​pineapple
  • 230 g of minced chicken breast
  • 3 Gathered carrots
  • Chopped celery leaves (optional)
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Sesame oil 2 tablespoons 
  • Butter 2 tablespoons 
  • Juice of a small orange
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • A little salt
  • 1/2 cup of cashews

How to make :-

  • First we wash the rice and cook the rice.
  • Then boil the chicken well.
  • Now heat the butter in a large saucepan.
  • When the butter is hot, add salt and carrots and cook for about a minute.
  • Then add some celery.
  • While this is still going on, take another bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce and orange juice and mix well. Don't forget to mix and match the vegetables on the stove.
  • By now the vegetables are a bit overcooked. Now we need to add cooked rice and chopped pineapple.
  • Add the sauce mixture and some orange juice and mix well.
  • Add a pinch of salt and stir.
  • that's all! Now the rice is right. Now all you have to do is lift the cashews on top and make it a little nicer before sending it to the table. You can do it any way you want.
