Cabbage Rice

 Ingredients :-

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons of oil (vegetable oil or coconut oil)
  • Mustard seeds 3/4 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Karapincha leaves 5-6
  • Country Cashew Tablespoons2
  • Sprouted raw chilli pods 1
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 grated carrot
  • Tablespoons chopped fish chili 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Yellow powder 1/4 tbsp
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder (available at supermarkets)
  • Tablespoons of grated coconut2
  • A little chopped coriander leaves

How to make :-

  • First, take a pot and put it on the stove.
  • Then add some peanuts and let it fry.
  • When the cashews are fried, add the salt and raw chillies and fry them too.
  • Then add the carrots and fish chilies.
  • When it cools down, add the cabbage and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Then add garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric powder to this vegetable mixture.
  • Now reduce the heat a little and add the cooked rice to the vegetable mixture and stir. At this time, add a little salt to taste.
  • Once the rice is cooked, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, open the lid and see that the rice is nicely colored.
  • Then all we have to do is add the grated coconut and some coriander leaves to the rice and mix well.
  • that's all! Here we are with the "Cabbage Rice"! Then all you have to do is send the food to the table.
