Cabbage Rice
Ingredients :-
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 3 tablespoons of oil (vegetable oil or coconut oil)
- Mustard seeds 3/4 tbsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Karapincha leaves 5-6
- Country Cashew Tablespoons2
- Sprouted raw chilli pods 1
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 grated carrot
- Tablespoons chopped fish chili 2 tbsp
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Yellow powder 1/4 tbsp
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder (available at supermarkets)
- Tablespoons of grated coconut2
- A little chopped coriander leaves
How to make :-
- First, take a pot and put it on the stove.
- Then add some peanuts and let it fry.
- When the cashews are fried, add the salt and raw chillies and fry them too.
- Then add the carrots and fish chilies.
- When it cools down, add the cabbage and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Then add garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric powder to this vegetable mixture.
- Now reduce the heat a little and add the cooked rice to the vegetable mixture and stir. At this time, add a little salt to taste.
- Once the rice is cooked, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, open the lid and see that the rice is nicely colored.
- Then all we have to do is add the grated coconut and some coriander leaves to the rice and mix well.
